TPC Telephone/Voice Mail System
TPC has a user-friendly
voice mail system. We hope that this system will still be personal and give
everyone who calls a chance to speak to a real human being, to leave a detailed
private message, and to get needed information about our church. Here are some
details about the telephones you may find helpful:
The telephones will be answered by a
secretary during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m.
to 4:30 p.m.
on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and until 3:30 p.m. on Fridays. Although
the office is closed on Mondays, staff will receive voice mail messages.
After hours and at times the staff are at
lunch or in a meeting, callers will hear a friendly message.
The message will tell callers how to reach
staff by extension (press 2), how to get directions to our church (press 3),
and how to get information about worship and other activities (press 4).
Callers may leave a message in the general
mailbox by pressing 0.
Callers may leave a personal message for one
of the staff members by pressing the appropriate extension number.
The secretary will be glad to take messages
or to transfer callers to staff extensions or voice mail.
If you call after hours, you may be able to
reach a staff member by pressing the extension number.
We think this system gives us the ability to
meet the needs of those who call our church and will actually enable callers to
reach staff members who are here after the secretary goes home.
