Sunday School

Sunday School is offered at 9:30 a.m. for nursery through 12th grade. The curriculum that will be used for children in the 2017Ė2018 school year is called Growing in Grace and Gratitude; the youth curriculum is called Feasting on the Word. Children and youth begin by attending worship in the sanctuary with their parents. Following the children's sermon they go to their Sunday School classrooms.

Parents: One of the special features of the Growing in Grace & Gratitude curriculum is access to free downloadable resources for families to use at home. Families may download an e-book which shares the same colorful illustrations and Bible stories used in weekly Sunday School lessons as well as Grace Sightings, age-appropriate activities for children to do at home with their parents or caregivers. To download the e-book for free in iBook, Epub, or Kindle formats, visit http://www.growinggracegratitude.org/for-the-home.html#ebook. For families without e-readers, the webpage also provides access to PDF versions of the stories and activities, as well as audio recordings. We encourage our families to take advantage of these resources to extend each Sundayís lessons, or to keep up with lessons children may have missed due to absence. Donít miss this opportunity to help your children live their lives as an expression of Godís grace at home and at school.

REMIX

REMIX, our midweek program for children and youth (Kindergarten through Grade 12) will meet on Tuesdays from October 3 through April 24.  Look here for information about this program.  We hope that you or your children will want to participate.

Adult Education

During the regular school year, adult education classes are normally scheduled following the worship service during the 11:00 a.m. hour.  The classes address a wide variety of thought-provoking topics and vary in length from a single session to as much as six to eight weeks.  This enables people to attend classes that are of particular interest to them and as their schedules allow.  Classes are also occasionally scheduled at other times during the week for special topics.  More information is available about current and upcoming Adult Education Classes.
